What the petition asks

Europe buys lots of gas from Russia, undermining the effectiveness of freezing Russian foreign reserves. Stopping buying their gas deprives them of the revenue needed for Russia to function and will help bring about Russian populous uprising to end the Ukraine war.

By depriving Russia of revenue, their economy will suffer a sharper impact, hastening the sanctions impact, thereby saving lives and reducing suffering in Ukraine.
