What the petition asks
Make it mandatory for schools to educate children over disabilities / conditions that children have or are diagnosed with in their class to prevent bullying and to help other children understand the disability/condition.
Many children with a disability are bullied or made to feel different. The more we educate, the more children will understand and this will create a better environment and life to the children with disabilities. Let all children thrive. Normalise insulin pumps / colostomy bags / catheters. Let them grow and understand together.
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. Disability is already part of the statutory curriculum. You can find out more here
