What the petition asks
Make head scan available to people living with secondary metastatic cancer.
People with secondary metastatic breast cancer are giving regular scans on there major organs, yet the brain isn't recognised as a major organ? This needs to change, this is one main parts of the body it can come back along with lungs, liver, bones and lymph nodes.
Please make head scan regular and let fight this awful disease 💔

Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
Decisions relating to specific medical treatments, including scans for secondary cancers, are clinical decisions for the NHS, not the UK Government or Parliament.
You could have a petition calling on the Government to commission a review into the diagnosis and treatment of metastatic cancer in breast cancer patients, if that is something you'd like to see happen.
