What the petition asks

I would like sexual abusers to serve their whole sentence in prison.

Being a survivor of sexual abuse it feels unjustified that an abuser can commit such acts of cruelty to another human being and be let out on good behaviour half way through their sentence. It takes a-lot of strength to come forward and go through the process of getting justice as well as dealing with the scars to be told they are only serving half their time, feels like more of a thumbs up to the abuser than care for the victim. This would probably help more survivors to come forward.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
