Enforce CMS /CB to do more checks if child is actually attending education

Currently there is massive loopholes where a parent with care can claim child benefit and child maintenance without any proper checks in place. The cms have openly admitted they only call the resident parent. This is not a proper investigation

While we can see that you'd like the Government to improve how Child Benefit is allocated, it's not clear exactly how you'd like the CMS to change its processes. You might start a petition asking the CMS to review its process for checking children's school attendance when allocating child benefits.
