What the petition asks

Remove Ukraine from the visa national list, allowing them entry without prior entry clearance.
This would allow fast entry to the U.K. within the current visa system. It would allow Ukrainians to enter the U.K. in the same way many other nationals come to visit our country. Countries that are not part of the list and therefore enter without prior entry clearance include: USA, Malaysia, most of Europe.

Anyone not on the visa national list is able to come to the U.K. after passport checks and then be processed (checking they meet the rules for entry) when they reach the U.K.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
