What the petition asks

To ask the Government to give all the Caravans and Holiday sites around the UK a grant to allow refugees from Ukraine to come and reside in those parks to have a safe place to stay. Each refugee to be given clothes, food and shelter, supported by the UK Gov and Military. Charity donations could help

This is an important step as most of the UK population can assist with a crisis. There are children, families and friends who have been separated. They are scared and desperate. Imagine ourselves in this situation. Could we even imagine the fear that these innocent people are suffering though.

Since you started your petition the Government has launched the Homes for Ukraine scheme, which will allow individuals, charities, community groups and businesses in the UK to bring Ukrainians to safety – including those with no family ties to the UK.
