Investigate the officiating in the English football league

What the petition asks
The standard of officiating in the English football league has reached such a low that an investigation is needed to determine whether it is sheer incompetence, or if there is corruption within the organisation
The success of teams hinges on the decisions of a few officials, and if they do not act with the upmost integrity; this has ramifications for thousands of people. Not just fans, but employees of the clubs, for pubs, bars and restaurants that rely on footballs passing trade to thrive. If their teams are being oppressed by consistent incorrect decisions against them, this becomes more than just a football matter. Especially if it turns out that these decisions are not just innocent mistakes
