Do not introduce a pay per mile road tax

What the petition asks
I want the Government to commit to not introduce a pay per mile tax as this would have a massive effect on everyday life and could cause hardship for a lot of families living on the bread line, and even lead to unemployment for people if any new tax made commuting to work unaffordable.
