What the petition asks

The UK government can remove planning consent from UK properties held in trust that would otherwise be sanctioned. This would leave the properties with 'Nil' status and therefore subject to enforcement should this be breached.

The Government is unable to touch UK property that Oligarchs have placed in trust and no longer under the Oligarchs control which is usually to the benefit of their family and is a classic loophole in the law. Remove the planning use and you remove the properties value and future use without consent.
