Stop restricting the public from fitting Solar or wind producing Equiptment .
Get Fairly Paid Money off their Utility bills.
Cancel Outdated MCS Certified installers Monopoly on sales and installs.
Fix Dumb smart meters So the public can get paid.

Help anyone that wants to errect a turbine on there land to have the right to produce electricty and benefit from it.
I have designed a working prototype over 10 years and still cannot test it due to current restrictions with Plannig regulations written for MCS Certifide Rules.
