Require MPs report weekly how much time they spend on second jobs

What the petition asks
We want MPs to be required to report how much time they spend each week on second jobs, so that this information can be published and constituents can see how much time they are spending on work outside of their duties as an MP.
To many outside Parliament it seems quite a few MPs are only there to enrich themselves rather than work for constituents. There needs to be proper accounting for MPs' time to ensure constituents have faith in them and can decide if they are getting value for money and their MPs aren't using their positions for their own financial gain.
