UK Parliament Set in motion the terms in the scotland act to hold a referendum to consider closing the Scottish Parliament as legal process allows.
The parliament and Government is not accountable to the scottish citizens or the institutions who are appointed to scrutinize its legal operation, creating the risk national security , organised crime and suppression of individual UK citizen democracy . the people should choose .
