There are quite a lot of people that really on these buses elderly and disabled they get cancelled on a daily basis and when I have contacted arriva they have said to me we do not give a toss and its just tough look
According to the government guidelines of running a bus service you are not allowed to cancel buses that are only 1 per hour without 10 days notice when I have said this to Arriva they have told me as they are a limited company they don't have to abige by any government rules

Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
Decisions about local bus routes are a matter for individual transport operators and the relevant local authority, not the Government or Parliament.
As a result it is not possible for the Government or Parliament to take the action you have requested.
You could raise this issue with a local councillor, who represents you. You can use this page to find out who your local councillors are, and how to contact them: https://www.gov.uk/find-your-local-councillors
