Reconsider cancelling the ban on LGBTQ+ conversion therapy
Rejected

What the petition asks
Many developed countries have a ban in place on conversion therapy, yet the UK is cancelling/delaying their ban due to quoted 'Rising living costs'. As a collective, we would like to see the government take a U turn on this unjustified action which has broken a promise.
Because we were promised that there would be a ban put in place, and now it seems like there has been an unjustified U-turn. We want answers. What is the justification? Because rising living costs have nothing do do with a ban on conversion therapy. If the government choose to do this, it would make the country an even bigger laughing stock than it already is.
