Make banks offers mortgages on buildings that are under 18meters high , with out having to aquire a ews1 form
So people are able to move at their own will with out the stress and inconvenience of having to obtain a costly ews1 form

It is the decision of each individual bank or lender as to what documents they require from their customers as a guarantee for providing their services.
