Electricity and gas prices

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

We are struggling to pay these prices so I started a petition
Have a review of this alot of people are suffering all ready and now this hike in gas and electricity prices

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We understand that you're concerned about energy prices, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.

We have published the following petitions, which you might like to sign:

Tax 50% of the Energy Companies profits to help households pay bills: Tax 50% of the Energy Companies profits to help households pay bills.

Subsidise energy prices to offset any increase in the energy price cap: Subsidise energy prices to offset any increase in the energy price cap

If you want the Government to do something different to the above petition you could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
