Stop the privatisation of Channel 4

What the petition asks
The government claims that public ownership of Channel 4 is holding it back and hence wants to privatise it. Yet Channel 4 isn't costing the tax payer a penny, produces world class and award winning content and selling it off presents a real risk to its programming. The public doesn't want this!
A privately owned Channel 4 risks putting profit over public service.
