ALL OF EUROPE - should treat non-white refugees from Ukraine THE SAME.

Black and other non-white residents fleeing Ukraine are being held in detention centres and in some cases not even allowed to leave by Ukrainian authorities. Once in Poland, Lithuania etc they are subjected to detention.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. We understand you're concerned about the treatment of non-white refugees from Ukraine in neighbouring European countries. However, the UK Government is not responsible for the treatment of refugees in those countries.

Petitions also need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
