Family court decisions to be based on true factual evidence and not probability
Rejected

What the petition asks
All Family court hearings and decisions to include and be based only on true, factual, material evidence from all involved.
Final decisions based off evidence and not based on the balance of probability or opinions where a good story can sway a decision.
Final decisions based off evidence and not based on the balance of probability or opinions where a good story can sway a decision.
To base a life altering decision on the balance of probability is an injustice to the child. When a litigant in person is new to the procedure of court & will be up against a seasoned professional who know how to manipulate their clients words & wishes, use their previous experience to benefit their client. It is a gross injustice for the child especially when hearsay, speculation, conjecture, assumption & prejudice are allowed in court without true factual based evidence. children deserve more.
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. It's already an offence to give false evidence.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
