Legalise the use of Escooters

What the petition asks
I want transport ministers to consider slight easing of the ban on private escooters on public roads.
I think with some careful regulation of Escooters there could be a way to allow privately owned escooters to be used on public roads while minimising injuries to pedestrian and the riders.
Right now a lot of people are still relying on they're cars because they can't use they're escooters due to the law banning they're use in public. There is a lot of environmental benefits to legalising they're like cutting down on car use therefore reducing emmisons.
