Parliament to be recalled
Rejected
16 signatures
What the petition asks
Boris Johnson is the first prime minister to hold the post to be found to have broken the law. He broke laws that were brought in by his government to safeguard the public in a global pandemic, when treatment options were limited and there was no vaccination programme.
Parliament needs to discuss this conduct as a matter of urgency, agree the appropriate course action and how to restore standards in public life
Why it was rejected
The UK Government or Parliament was already taking the action it asked for.
The House of Commons will meet at 2.30pm today.
