An MP found guilty of breaking any law is automatically subject to recall.

What the petition asks
Current legislation means that MPs who break the law can be subject to recall by their constituents. However it is only in narrowly defined circumstances. Parliament can amend the legislation to ensure that all MPs who break the law must answer to their constituents.
Recent high profile cases of MPs found guilty of breaking the law have trashed the reputation of the country. This change would go some way to restoring that reputation. It would also put responsibility for representation where it belongs - to the electorate that voted the MP in the first place.
