Remove the restrictions on keeping Siberian chipmunks

What the petition asks
The Government should remove all restrictions on buying and owning Siberian chipmunks, and should leave any international agreements which constrain this. We don't believe that Chipmunks cause an environmental hazard , and that they can be a great pet with therapeutic benefits.
