What the petition asks
We want the Government to request a Royal Pardon for the innocent people of Pendle, Lancashire, once claimed to be “The Pendle Witches”, who were falsely accused at a time of great ignorance, and hung on 20 August 1612.
These people were hung innocently, and were falsely accused at a time of great biblical ignorance Witchcraft.
