Make Prenatal Alienating a criminal offence in Scotland.

There are to many fathers that are being denied appropriate access to children, and the mothers are aloud to brainwash the children into thinking fathers are bad perants, Scotland is so far behind the rest of the world on regards to this, its about time they caught up.

We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.

Decisions about creating new laws that relate solely to Scotland are a matter for the Scottish Government and Parliament, not the UK Government or Parliament.
