Make it illegal to import, sell or release sky lanterns

What the petition asks
Ban the import and sale of sky lanterns, also known as 'Chinese lanterns', and make it an offence to set them off.
We believe these pose a real threat because of the fire risk to property and injury to wildlife, plus the negative environmental impact of metal frames potentially littering the countryside.
