Rejected

What the petition asks
Due to ‘Hit and Run’ becoming more and more common these days means the Penalty is not enough at Present, far to many People are having a Vehicle used as a Weapon used against them. This is wrong in Law.
This is to try and save Everyone going about Normal live from the Idiots that make our roads Unsafe these days, the Law needs to keep them from our roads.
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. There's no specific offence of 'hit and run' so we're not sure if you want increased sentences for failing to stop after any accident, of for cases where someone has been injured.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
