Fund training on helping women with endometriosis for NHS staff

What the petition asks
The Government should help women who suffer from endometriosis get the treatment and empathy they deserve by funding training on the condition for NHS staff.
Too many women are suffering in silence and often being made to feel like they are a burden or that their pain isn't valid because there isn't enough education available. This needs to change. We need to be listened to and understood and not left sitting on hard metal chairs when we are in excruciating pain and need help or begging for a GP appointment. Improved training could help staff triage a patient who is suffering from Endometriosis more effectively, as seeking medical advice is usually the very last step we will take.
