What the petition asks
Lately in high schools toilets are being shut during lessons. Children can only use toilets during breaks and lunch
To loft this rule as it’s against human rights to not have free will to use toilets
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
This is a matter for individual schools and teachers. Decisions on policies regarding when students can leave the classroom are a matter for individual schools, not the UK Government or House of Commons.
