Allow rescue dogs from Romania, Belarus, Poland and Ukraine.

What the petition asks
Change the ban that is currently in place for “commercial” pets to not include rescue dogs.
Due to entering the UK in a group it counts as commercial but these dogs are anything but business, they are vaccinated and have various tests from vets that are not forged. Many of these dogs are travelling by van and are going to foster homes or straight to families. This is unfair to halt the process and the dogs need a home, many of these animals could end up euthanised due to rescues being full and not able to take more dogs from kill shelters. This is directly disregarding animal welfare.
