Require Cosmetic Surgery and Non Surgical Aesthetic ads to display a risk logo

Closed 611 signatures

What the petition asks

The public are at risk when viewing ads for Non Surgical Aesthetic Procedures and Cosmetic Surgery. Increasing reports on complications and injuries mean that a risk logo would remind the public to research the procedure, related risks and complications about the treatment they may be considering
Following recent changes in legislation with the Under 18s Bill and Licencing for the Non Surgical Aesthetic Sector in England a requirement to display a risk logo could raise awareness and protection the public when seeing ads for such treatments.

There is much supporting evidence for this including within the Keogh Report published in 2013.
