Stop new planning applications for greenfield sites with 5 failed applications
Closed
826 signatures
What the petition asks
Any existing Greenfield sites that have had 5 or more planning applications refused should be exempt from any further planning applications to protect the status of gaps between settlements and the countryside on our doorsteps.
This should help preserve the separate identities of areas to prevent the coalescence of villages, landmarks, landscapes and much needed areas of recreation and assist with the Prime Minister's statement that there will be “no more building on Greenfield sites”.
