Provide baby boxes for all newborn children in England

What the petition asks
Fund provision of baby boxes to every new parent so that every baby gets the same start in life. These are currently rolled out in Scotland.
Every baby has the right to have the same start in life. Somewhere warm to sleep and to have some items to provide safety and clothing for babies. It will mean the world of difference for parents, especially now as we are in a cost of living crisis.
