What the petition asks
A first time buyer has priority on any property sale over any investor or buy to let even if the investor or buy to let offer is higher
First time buyers have to compete with investors on property making it extremely hard for anybody to own a property while being forced to rent from investors. As a general rule first time buyers will never have the funds of an investor and without this rule being enforced the government is basically telling people they have to rent forever
