Give the NHS more funding for mental health support

What the petition asks
Too many people are stuck on a waiting list to be treated by NHS mental health services, or have not received the support they deserve.
People should not have to wait until crisis point to be given medical attention - this is not the NHS’s fault, but the lack of funding. People need help before they get to that stage.
We feel that the NHS are understaffed and overworked and don’t have the resources to help - but the Government does. We need to take the pressure off the NHS so they can help to their best capabilities, and so that more support is widely available, and people can get help before they get to crisis point. Too few people are getting the help they need - be it the NHS or its patients and we all deserve better. Please give the NHS more funds for its Mental Health services.
