Mandatory training for authorities on abuse by people with personality disorders

What the petition asks
Many abusers are continuing their abuse on the victim through the authorities, often due to lack of knowledge and understanding of abuse by people with personality disorders by public servants.
We want the Government to require that police, prosecutors, probation workers, social services, doctors, etc be trained in how to identify this type of abuse, and protect victims.
Abuse by people with personality disorders can include emotional, physical, sexual, or financial abuse. The effects range from mild to severe causing psychological problems which result in physical problems.
Abusers can continue to abuse victims via of the authorities, and victims must be better protected.
