Legally require every employer to have their Parental Leave policy publicly accessible for people to view. When going through the interview process for jobs this will remove the need to enquire directly

Many people find enquiring on this topic "taboo" & could result in being red flagged in case a company isn't wanting to take on someone considering children. A plan to have children may not be immediate & yet knowing a company's parental leave policy may make a huge impact to a household's income & whether or not that job is suitable for their financial circumstance if & when they decide to have children. Having a public database with this information puts both parties on a level playing field.
