Apply cost control to energy providers

Energy companies are increasing costs to customers with very little control applied, whilst still reaping ever increasing profits. This is leading to fuel poverty for many people in the country, and affecting everyone's standard of living.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

An energy price cap already applies to energy customers on their supplier's basic energy tariff, to stop energy companies from making excessive profits and ensure customers pay a fair price for their energy.
