What the petition asks

The people of the UK would like the government to drop or at least reduce the tax of petrol and diesel so the people can be able to use there vehicles to take them to work or go see family. Saves the people from struggling more than they already are.

The Government is in control of this and how much tax is put onto big products such as this. As a nation we understand the Russia - Ukraine war has effected the cost but the tax shouldn’t be this high on something that is essential to get people from A to B to see family or to get to work to pay the bills.

Why it was rejected
