Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you are concerned about the sale of public services, and we could accept a petition calling on the Government to make approval via a public referendum a legal requirements for sale of a service owned by the Government. However, it is not clear what information you want the Government to be required to publish ahead of such a referendum.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
