Automatically register fathers on birth certificates

What the petition asks
Fathers should automatically be added to a child’s birth certificate from birth, so they are automatically granted parental responsibility.
This should apply unless the child's mother wishes to contest the child's father’s right to parental responsibility. Should the father contest his parenthood it should fall on him to disprove fatherhood by means of a DNA test.
It should not be the possible for the father of a child to have information such as the date their children were born, baby weight, hair colour, and medical information withheld from them.
