What the petition asks
Require all CofE clergy, who live in church provided Vicarages to take in Asylum Seekers who arrived in the UK illegally, if they have spare rooms vacant.
The CofE leadership have demanded these illegal entrants remain in the UK, while their asylum process is completed.
These Vicarages are provided tax free to clergy, as these properties are used for 'work purposes'.
The church should live it's values and provide accommodation to those it has invited into the UK, in this tax free accommodation it gets.

Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
It would be up to the Church of England, and individual vicarages, whether to offer accommodation to asylum seekers.
