Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

I want the rights to stop schools, hospitals , college , university to stop teaching that the words relating to being a mother father, grandmother, grandfather as being wrong .
I have rights to too be called what I am a mother .I don't like my children's to refer to me as a birth parent .
Because the right now is being took away from us to sit the minority , if they don't like the fact that we are mother's father's etc that's hard lines for them . It's time that we was listened to , our rights are being took away from us because of these people I got married had a family to be a mum and a grandmother. Yet my family goes to school tho be told they can no longer call us mummy or Grandma it's Stupid It's gone crazy . What's going on with it all? Im willing to take my case further .

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.

Decisions about the language used in schools, hospitals, colleges and universities to refer to particular relatives are a matter for individual institutions, not the UK Government or Parliament.
