What the petition asks

People who don't have car have big problem to come f.e. From birchgreen to Pimbo,
Children don't have a good and safety places to play in digmoor
People who walk need use street wchich is not safety
Skelmersdale don't have a good communication with big cities like Liverpool or Manchester
