Reinstate Boris Johnson as Prime Minister
Rejected

What the petition asks
We want you to reject Boris Johnson's resignation and reinstate him as Prime Minister
Boris Johnson should be given the chance to deliver on the manifesto he was elected on. At the very least he should be allowed the full 12 months from the no confidence vote (which he won!) to prove himself. It is shameful to circumvent this process to hound someone out of office. The government and Boris should be getting on with the job of delivering the manifesto and not playing around with political machinations and vendettas.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
Any decision to refuse Boris Johnson's resignation as Leader of the Conservative Party would be a decision for the Conservative Party, not the UK Government or House of Commons as a whole.
