What the petition asks
The cost of energy is set to increase again in October by another 60%, many people are already struggling to pay bills and not everyone qualifies for the uplift.
VAT has a disproportionate effect on disabled people who rely on equipment that use electricity, & they may not qualify for PIP.

VAT is an unfair tax, and the Govt needs to raise revenue by fair, means tested methods that do not have a disproportionate effect on disabled people.
