Require vets to do a full health check when pets have their jabs

What the petition asks
The Government should require vets to do a full health check, like the yearly check-up, when pets are presented for their first vaccinations.
In June, I lost my puppy who was a year and 3 months old. She had a teratoma from birth but we were unaware until it was too late and it had ruptured. It was heart-breaking and i don’t want others going through it before it’s too late.
If vets were required to do a full body check-up when pets have their first vaccinations, this could help prevent this from happening to others.
Pregnant people have scans to ensure the baby is safe and to detect any difficulties so why are animals different?
