Add option to vote for " None of the above" in all elections

What the petition asks
The Government should allow voters to positively record that none of the candidates are acceptable.
The electorate has no option but to abstain if they do not believe that the candidates or their parties are able to deliver their responsibilities and/or commitments.
The alternative is abstention which merely reduces the total of voters potentially distorting the results in favour of the opinions of those who do vote.
By including the "None of the above" option it should focus attention on the credibility of the candidates and the voters confidence in both them, their political parties and the UK system. it would also help show the proportion of voters that currently abstain from voting but that want their opinions heard.
