What the petition asks

If you hit a dog you'll need to call the police. Unfortunately for their owners, if you hit a cat you don't need to do so, change the fact that if a cat gets hit you have the call it in also!

On the 16th off July 2022 our beautiful girl named dotty was found on the side off the road in a bush Injured! My other half ran over to her, he picked her up and she took her last breath, she was ice cold in his arms. We went straight to the vets and they had announced she had sadly passed. They also said if she had been taken in when it happened then she may have survived.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
